Happy Halloween

In Iowa we trick 'r' treat on Begger's night and we also tell a joke. Jada's jokes this year are: Why did the vampire go to the Dentist....to fix his bite and What is a vampire's favorite dog/pet...a blood hound. She is spider girl this year. We have Ava this year so Jada is getting to experience what it would be like to be a big sister for a couple of days. We carved the pumpkin today...which was a mess but had a great time. We miss you all.

Mak - Hope you had a lot of good food at King Wa's and had a super duper wonderful birthday. We will see you in 2 months.

Do we have a Volleyball Player

On September 17th Jada, Lamar and I went to our first Drake Volleyball game. At the time they were undefeated. Jada told us that girls don't play spots, it must be because all we watch is NFL, NBA, Men's Golf, Men's College Basketball..etc so we decided to show her that she could play sports as well. We started off the night with dinner at Jethro's BBQ, which was awesome and then rounded a late Tuesday night off at the Knapp Center. Drake won and we had a great time!! Jada decided she would rather cheer on the Iowa Hawkeyes because one of the girls had sparkles in her hair!!! :)

Jada celebrated her Bday with her mom at the hari salon and a night at Ohana's Steakhouse. She had a blast in her fake glasses and blowing out her cake!!! Boy how the time goes by.
